great family resort!
comfortable bedeffective air conditioninggood-sized room
The resort suited families wonderfully. i liked the family room we booked, located in the play wing. It included the main bed and doors separated the children's area. the main bed felt very soft and comfortable. air conditioning and wifi functioned effectively.
the hotel features a large pond in the middle of the complex. i felt this was a waste, as it offers no real benefit other than having to walk around it.

Our family room featured a king-sized bed. a sofa bed with a rollaway. air conditioning worked well, and the room included both a bath and shower. It felt clean and fresh. the small fridge was handy.

Breakfast presented a huge selection each morning. Food ranged from fresh-cooked eggs to pastries and salads, with local cuisine. juice and coffee was readily available. i found many options to my liking.

All three pools seemed a good size. however, the water temperature felt very warm. the kids enjoyed the water slides and water park. The hotel extended operating hours. two pools had access to swim-up bars.

The staff helped greatly, and i received assistance when needed, the buggy cart men were very happy. They were helpful getting us around hotel grounds. the concierge mrjimmy did much to make our excursions enjoyable.

the location was great! a five-minute walk up the driveway led to the main street with restaurants, shops, and massage parlors. beach access was available from this hotel. the hotel itself is huge.

The hotel's beachfront location is very convenient, providing easy access to the beach. A short walk leads to the main street, so dining out was very simple. The spacious rooms were well-kept and the breakfast included many options. I found access to walks along the beach very convenient, awesome for great exploration.
The hotel bar sometimes closed earlier than the posted closing time, a little inconvenient.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. Local shops and restaurants are easily accessible. Bang Niang market is reachable by tuk-tuk and the hotel provides direct access to excellent walks along the beach in both directions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a seamless shuttle and taxi service. Calling the reception or using their app was quite convenient for any request I had.

this hotel is perfect for families!!! i was happy with the family room. its design considered the needs of children. the breakfast buffet was awesome. i ordered snacks with mocktails under coconut trees near the beach. it was relaxing.
The swim-up pool was close to other guests. It was overcrowded. it made it impossible to relax. the pool i paid for was a complete letdown.
